Policy 5260 Acknowledgement

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all of the General Safety Requirements. I further acknowledge that I understand that these requirements are not all inclusive. Additions can be made by the location I am working at, the supervisor I am working under, the specific job I am working on, and/or Local, State or Federal law. Failure to comply with one or more of these requirements will result in disciplinary action. Please return by August 30th, 2026.

Electronic acknowledgment through a district-approved system shall have the same effect as a handwritten acknowledgment.
